Banana Raspberry Yogurt

This yogurt is also wonderful sprinkled with nuts and raisins.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Firm, ripe organic bananas
8 ounces Plain yogurt
1 cup Wild Oats Organic Raspberries
1/2 cup Plus 2 Tbsp. Wild Oats Granola
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 tsp. Packed dark brown sugar

Preparation

Slice and mash bananas into large chunks. Mix together bananas, yogurt, 2/3 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup granola, sour cream and brown sugar in a medium-sized bowl until mixed well.

Divide yogurt between two bowls. Sprinkle with remaining two Tbsp. granola and garnish with remaining 1/3 cup raspberries. Serve and enjoy!
