Ingredients
2 cups Smal broccoli florets
1 cup Shrededd Swiss cheese
1 cup Cubed cooked chicken
2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Whipping cream
Preparation
(1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place broccoli in a sprayed 9-inch pie dish;add cheese and chicken.
(2) Combine eggs and cream until well mixed. Pour over chicken mixture, pressing down to cover ingredients as much as possible.
(3) Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until custard is set. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
