Ingredients

8 oz Ronzoni Healthy Request Penne Rigate
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 cup Shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

(1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta: rinse and drain.

(2) Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup of the cream in large saucepan. Add pasta and cook, stirring frequently, until cream is absorbed.

(3) Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese in a sprayed 8x8 baking dish. Add half the pasta, remaing cheese, then the remaining pasta. Pour remaing cream over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

(4) Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes.
