Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, bananas, margarine and milk. Beat on low speed until well blended, then on high for two minutes. Add eggs;beat until blended. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into a greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
