Chinese Beef with Broccoli over Rice

Ingredients

2 tsp Canola oil

1 Medium crushed garlic clove

4 oz Lean sirloin beef

1 tbsp Teriyaki sause

1/4 tbsp Ground ginger

2 cup Cooked broccoli

1/2 cup Cooked brown rice

Preparation

Mix canola oil, garlic clove, teriyaki sause, and ground ginger in a bowl.

Marinate the beef and grill to perfection.

Cook 2 cups of broccoli (boil or microwave).

Cook 1/2 cup brown rice.

Serve beef over broccoli and rice.
