Anne's Garden Salad

This is the salad my parents eat almost everyday for either a meal, or a side. This is nice to make the night before, and have it ready for everyone to eat!

Ingredients

2 Heads romaine lettuce, chopped

1 bunch Brocolli chopped

1 cup Matchstick carrots

1/2 Red onion chopped

1 Tomato chopped

Optional items:

Chopped: radishes, bell or banana peppers cucumbers, olives, chopped chicken or tuna

Preparation

Toss everything together in a bowl, our family likes to use a balsamic vinagrette with some blue cheese crumbled on top.
