Salmon Casserole

Fast, easy, and a great way to use all that canned salmon from summer fishing! Double and Freeze one batch for later.

Ingredients

2 cups Noodles (I use macaroni or bow ties)

1 can Cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese

1 cup Milk

1/2 pint Salmon

4 Eggs (hard boiled)

Preparation

1. boil eggs in one pan and noodles in another until done.

2. heat soup, milk, and cheese in seperate pan

3. Add salmon, chopped eggs, and noodles to soup mix pan, stir, and put in pam sprayed casserole dish. Optional crackers and butter on top (I've never done this)

Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Cook's Notes

Can substitute tuna for salmon.
