Ingredients

5 cups Soft White Wheat Berries (whole grains)
5 cups Other Whole Grains *
4 cups Dry Milk
4 tbsp. Salt
1 cup Baking Powder (Rumford’s is the best)
3 cups Instant Vanilla Pudding
To Make Pancakes:
1 cup Pancake Mix
1 Egg slightly beaten
or 1 tbsp. Flax meal mixed with 3 Tbsp. cold water.
½ to ¾ cup Water
¼ cup Sugar (optional)
2 tbsp. Oil

Preparation

Mill grains into flour. (Milled grains = about 15 cups of flour) *Other grain suggestions: Oat Groats, Millet, Spelt, Amaranth, Kamut, 7 Grain, Pearled Barley, Brown Rice, White Rice...you really can use anything! Add remaining ingredients and mix really well. Store in freezer until needed.

To Make Pancakes:

1 cup Pancake Mix

1 Egg slightly beaten

or 1 Tbsp. Flax meal mixed with 3 Tbsp. cold water.

½ to ¾ cup Water

¼ cup Sugar (optional)

2 Tbsp. oil

Mix ingredients (do not over stir) and cook on hot griddle (about 325 ).Yield: 1 dozen.
