| 5 cups | Soft White Wheat Berries (whole grains) |
| 5 cups | Other Whole Grains * |
| 4 cups | Dry Milk |
| 4 tbsp. | Salt |
| 1 cup | Baking Powder (Rumford’s is the best) |
| 3 cups | Instant Vanilla Pudding |
| | To Make Pancakes: |
| 1 cup | Pancake Mix |
| 1 | Egg slightly beaten |
| or 1 tbsp. | Flax meal mixed with 3 Tbsp. cold water. |
| ½ to ¾ cup | Water |
| ¼ cup | Sugar (optional) |
| 2 tbsp. | Oil |
Mill grains into flour. (Milled grains = about 15 cups of flour) *Other grain suggestions: Oat Groats, Millet, Spelt, Amaranth, Kamut, 7 Grain, Pearled Barley, Brown Rice, White Rice...you really can use anything! Add remaining ingredients and mix really well. Store in freezer until needed.
To Make Pancakes:
1 cup Pancake Mix
1 Egg slightly beaten
or 1 Tbsp. Flax meal mixed with 3 Tbsp. cold water.
½ to ¾ cup Water
¼ cup Sugar (optional)
2 Tbsp. oil
Mix ingredients (do not over stir) and cook on hot griddle (about 325 ).Yield: 1 dozen.
