| 1 tsp | Butter |
| 1 | Small onion, sliced anyway you like |
| 1/2 cup | Cream |
| 1 tbsp | Grated parmesan or 2 tbsp shredded |
| | Pepper (optional) |
Saute the onion in the butter, until transparent. Add the cream, and let stand for a minute or two, then add the parmesan and let it melt in the cream. Add pepper if you like. Serve over pasta you like.
