i combined some from other recipes.

It's really easy - like about 3 steps but will not exceed 5. It's really creamy and so yummy. I tried to cook it at the first time and it was really good. I first ate it with lasagna sheets! It's really good. Also great with your favorite pasta, but penne is not that fit to white creamy sauces. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 tsp Butter

1 Small onion, sliced anyway you like

1/2 cup Cream

1 tbsp Grated parmesan or 2 tbsp shredded

Pepper (optional)

Preparation

Saute the onion in the butter, until transparent. Add the cream, and let stand for a minute or two, then add the parmesan and let it melt in the cream. Add pepper if you like. Serve over pasta you like.
