1 box (1.lb) of Macaroni
1 8 oz Shredded Pkg. of Sharp Cheeder Cheese
1 8 oz Shredded Pkg. of Colby Jack Cheese
1 8 oz Shredded Pkg. of Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 stick Butter
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation
Boil the macaroni in a pot until done (*remember to put 2 tsps of oil, so that the macaroni won't stick).
Drain macaroni, add butter.
Add cheese to macaroni.
Add 1/4 cup of milk, sour cream and stir, salt and pepper to taste (*continue to stir and cook so that the macaroni won't stick).
Remove from stove. Place in oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
