| 1 box | (1.lb) of Macaroni |
| 1 8 oz | Shredded Pkg. of Sharp Cheeder Cheese |
| 1 8 oz | Shredded Pkg. of Colby Jack Cheese |
| 1 8 oz | Shredded Pkg. of Mozzarella Cheese |
| 1/4 cup | Sour Cream |
| 1/4 stick | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | Milk |
| | Salt and Pepper to Taste |
Boil the macaroni in a pot until done (*remember to put 2 tsps of oil, so that the macaroni won't stick).
Drain macaroni, add butter.
Add cheese to macaroni.
Add 1/4 cup of milk, sour cream and stir, salt and pepper to taste (*continue to stir and cook so that the macaroni won't stick).
Remove from stove. Place in oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
