Baked Pork Chops and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

1 can, Lg.Yams, drained

4 Pork Chops

2 tsp. Brown Sugar, or to taste

2 tsp. Fresh grated Orange Rind

1/4 cup Orange Juice

1/4 cup Water

Preparation

Slice canned yams and put into the bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with br. sugar, orange rind, orange juice and water.

Brown pork chops on both sides and season to taste. Put chops on yams and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
