Yummy, healthy, and quick
1 lb Ground beef, browned
2 15 oz Cans tomato sauce
2-1/4 oz Can sliced olives, drained
4 oz Can mushrooms, drained
1 t. Italian seasoning
1/2 t Garlic powder
1 t Fresh parsley, chopped
1 to 1-1/2 c. Instant rice uncooked or cooked
3 Green peppers, halved and seeded
2c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
combine first 9 ingredients together; spook into peppers. Arrange on 13"x9" baking pan; cover and bake at 375 degrees until peppers are tender - about 35 to 35 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
can use leftovers - pasta, beef and rice, chicken and rice, etc.
