First cut a hole about the size of an egg yolk out of the center of the bread slice.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a small saucepan. brown one side of the bread till light golden brown about 2 min. flip over to the other side and brown an addtional 2 minutes. Crack the egg in the center of the whole cook for 1 more minute then flip over on egg side.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until egg is overhard. Remove from pan and top with maple syrup. ENJOY!
