Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Great for holidays! Add chopped chicken and serve in wrap.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Chopped onion

1/2 cup Butter (not margarine)

2-10 oz. Pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & drained

1-16 oz. Can artichoke hearts, drained & diced

1 pint Sour cream

1 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Preparation

1. In small skillet, saute onions in butter.

2. Mix with spinach, artichokes, sour cream, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

3. Place in 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

4. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.

4. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
