BBQ Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Low fat, low calorie and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

1 lb. Bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 in. pieces

6 cups Assorted cut-up vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, onions & zucchini)

1 cup Barbeque sauce

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium heat. Arrange chicken and vegetables alternately on 8 skewers.

Grill kabobs 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees F), turning after 8 min. and brushing frequently with 1/2 cup of the barbeque sauce.

Serve with the remaining 1/2 cup barbeque sauce.

Cook's Notes

Goes great with brown or white rice.
