Blackened Fish

Ingredients

4 t. Paprika

3 t. Garlic Powder

2 t. Onion Powder

2 t. Garlic Salt

2 t. Thyme

1 1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper

1 1/2 t. Black Pepper

Preparation

Coat fish in mix in melted butter. Fry fish fillets in slightly smoking pan for about 1 1/2 minutes each side.
