2 (8 oz) packages Cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 Orange, zest cut into strips
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
Put all the ingredients into a sauce pan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.

Lisa ... just wanted you to know I tried you recipe and it tastes great ... I also saw it on the food network web site ... it looks like they copied from you ... happy thanksgiving
