Cajun Chicken Pasta

Easy, quick unusual pasta meal

Ingredients

1 tb Worcestershire sauce

1 tb Extra virgin olive oil

1 tb Tabasco

60 oz. Italian style stewed tomatoes (drained)

1 Small diced yellow onion

4 tb Diced jalapenos

2 lbs. Cubed chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 tb Ground pepper

1 lb. Fettucine or bowtie pasta

Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Simmer all ingredients in large pot except pasta and parmesan cheese until chicken is cooked, probably about 35 - 45 minutes. Serve over pasta with parmesan.
