| 1 lb | Sliced bacon, halved |
| 2 | Medium ripe avocados, sliced |
| | Salt & pepper to taste |
| 1/3 c. | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 8 slices | Whole wheat bread, toasted |
1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
2. Gently toss avocados with salt & pepper.
3. Combine mayonnaise & lemon juice; spread over toast.
4. Top with avocado and bacon.
5. Serve immediately
