cut the bacon into small pieces - 1/2 an inch long
in a large skillet or wok cook the bacon until cruchy
remove bacon, do not drain bacon fat
mash the garlic and fry quickly in the fat
reduce heat to low
mix the spaghetti in the skillet with the fat and garlic, add the bacon, parsley and cheese.
when thoughrouly mixed, turn off heat, transfer to a serving plate and serve
