1-1/2 cup + 2Tbsp Water
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Molasses or honey
3-3/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Dry Milk Powder
1-1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
1-1/2 tbsp Glutten
3 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1-2 tbsp Flax Seed (opt)
1-2 tbsp Cracked Wheat (opt)
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual land process on the basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing;
