Coconut oil
Fresh or minced garlic
Chopped tomatoes
Cilantro
2 1/2 lbs. Sea bass filets (or halibut)
In a pan, melt coconut oil. Stir in garlic and cook 2 minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cilantro. Cook for another minute. Add fillets. Cook approximately 10 minutes, turning once.

We really liked this recipe, although we were disappointed that there were no measurements as to how much to use! Can you please add that?
