Pam's Green Chili

A one-pot dish that makes clean-up a breeze!

Ingredients

2 lb. Pork (cubes or chops cut in cubes)

2 tbsp. Vegetable oil

4 tbsp. Flour

4-5 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies

2 cans Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies (14 oz.)

2 tbsp. Diced jalepenos

1/2 c. Diced onion

1 tbsp. Chili powder

1 clove Garlic, crushed (or equiv. garlic powder)

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown pork in veg. oil in large soup pot. Add flour and mix. Add cans of chilies and tomatoes, undrained. Add jalapenos and onions.

Add approx. 3 c. water to thin to your liking.

Add remaining spices. Simmer 45 min.
