Ingredients

1 15 oz Can vegetarian beans

2-3 slices Wheat bread, toasted

Preparation

in a small saucepan on medium-high, heat beans, stirring constantly, until bubbly. pour over toast and enjoy!

This is yummy with nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.
