Homemade Chorizo

Homemade Mexican chorizo sausage

Ingredients

2 lbs. Ground pork

2 cloves Garlic, minced

6 - 8 t. Chili powder

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Ground cumin

1 tsp. Ground red chile (optional)

1 tsp Sugar

4 t. Vinegar

2 t. Water

Preparation

Mix everything together well. Leave set over night in fridge before using for true flavor. Will keep in your fridge for 2 weeks.

Fry a 1/2 cup or more till done, then add beaten eggs (4) to this and scramble like you do for scrambled eggs.

This is a very forgiving recipe you can add as little or as much to your eggs as you like.
