Cream of Lentil Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound Dried lentils

1 Medium onion, chopped

1 clove Garlic, crushed

1 Medium carrot, chopped

1 Large stalk celery, diced

3 cups Water

1 cup Heavy cream

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Soak beans in 6 cups of water overnight; drain. Place beans, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and water in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours. Stir in cream; season wtih salt and pepper to taste.
