Ingredients

2 cups Shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups Fat-free sour cream

8 oz Fat-free cream cheese - softened

1 cup Diced ham ( I use the package of small diced ham)

4 oz Chopped green chilies - or use the whole can

1/2 cup Chopped green onions (I usually used the whole bunch - cut with a pair of scissors)

1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce - or you can leave it out - A drop will do it..

Preparation

Mix all together and put into a small crockpot on low.

Serve warm. Stir occasionally

Serve with low fat chips (Baked scoops are now available!) and a veggie platter.
