1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Toss potatoes with 1 1/2 tsp (1.5mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Blend™ and olive oil.
4. Spread potatoes on baking sheet.
5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
6. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and remaining Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Blend™ in medium bowl.
7. Cool potatoes slightly.
8. Stir potatoes, celery and green onions into mayonnaise mixture.
9. Serve immediately.
