Mmmm...yummy! This is good for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. This couldn't be easier and everyone will love it.

Ingredients

1 pound Lean ground beef
1 Envelope taco seasoning
2 Frozen Ready pie crusts
8 Eggs
2 cups Milk
4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

1. Brown ground beef; drain fat. Add taco seasoning (following package directions).

2. In small bowl, mix eggs & milk. Beat well.

3. Spoon ½ of meat mixture into 1 pie crust. Cover with 2 Cups cheese and pour ½ of egg mixture over cheese.

4. Spoon remaining meat into 2nd pie shell. Cover with remaining cheese and egg.

5. Bake at 375'F for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Cook's Notes

You could layer corn over the beef if you wanted.
