Crust:
1. Sift flour, sugar and baking powder. Crumble butter with fingers.
2. Add egg yolks and vanilla.
3. Knead. (Add a few drops of water if necessary.)
4. Roll between wax paper.
Filling:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
3. Beat egg whites well. Fold egg whites into other ingredients thoroughly.
4. Pour into crust and sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Bake at 350 for 34-40 minutes
