Combine cream of chicken, chicken broth, and water in pot and bring to a simmer. Cut chicken to desired size and add to pot, let chicken cook until done. Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
Dumplings: Take 2 cups of flour and tower it up. Make a hole in the middle of flour and add 1/3 cup of previously prepared broth. Form together and make a dough. Roll out to your desired thickness of dumplings. Cut into medium sized rectangles and add to chicken broth (bring broth to a boil before adding). Repeat this until you are content with the amount of dumplings. Allow dumplings to cook, and enjoy!
