Cut chicken breast into fajita strips, put into bowl and mix with spices to taste. Chop peppers and onions into small pieces.
Use stir fry technique over medium heat.
Cook vegetables together first in olive oil only. When vegetables are tender, remove from pan but leave oil. Place chicken in pan, add beer. Cook until chicken is done. To serve, remove chickens from fry pan, replace vegetables, and then place chicken back on.
