Ingredients

3 Bananas, mashed
1 c Splenda
1/2 c Natural applesauce
3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 t Baking soda

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. In a mixer, mash bananas, add Splenda & mix. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into a bread pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. If using a dark coated pan, bake at 325F and bake a little longer.
