2 c Frozen corn, thawed & drained
3 Hass avocados, 1/2" chunks
1 Jalapeno, finely diced
1/4 c White onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 c Tomatoes, chopped
1 t Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4-1/2 t Crushed red pepper
1/8 t Oregano
1/8 t Black pepper
1/8 t Celery salt
Salt to taste
1 Lime
Gently fold all ingredients together in a mixing bowl except salt & lime. Salt to taste & top with lime juice. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
