Apple Dessert

Ingredients

1 Apple, sliced thin

2 t Cinnamon

Butter-flavored cooking spray

1 t Raisins

2 t Sugar-free sweetener (optional)

Preparation

Place apple slices in a microwave safe dish. Coat each layer with a spray of cooking spray, generous sprinkle of cinnamon, raisins & sweetener. Once all layers are coated, cover dish with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on medium for 90 seconds, then on medium-high for 90 seconds or until apple slices are tender.
