Heat broiler. In microwave-safe bowl in microwave, heat marmalade 1 minute. Stir in honey, 1 tablespoon lime zest and 2 tablespoon lime juice.
In bowl, combine 1 cup marmalade mixture, sea scallops and shrimp. Cover; chill 30 minutes. Thread scallops, shrimp and remaining ingredients onto skewers.
Place on greased broiler pan. Broil 6" from heat source 15 minutes, turning once and brushing with mixture.
