easy and simple recipe
1 pound Ground meat
1 box Instant potatoes
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons Sour cream
1 Small onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat and drain oil. Add chopped onion. Cook instant potatoes according to box directions for six servings. Add cream of mushroom soup to meat and cook until boiling. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Top potatoes with meat sauce and enjoy.
Instant potatoes can be replaced with pasta or cooked, cubed potatoes. Very tasty with red potatoes.
