ALBUQUERQUE CHICKEN

Quick and easy Chicken for dinner.

Ingredients

2 Portions boneless, skinless chicken breast
3-4 Tbls. salsa verde (I prefer Herdez brand)
1/2 c. Fat-free sharp cheddar

Preparation

Grill chicken breasts. When chicken is 3/4 cooked smother one side with salsa verde and cheese. Cover and allow cheese to melt. Serve with your favorite veggie, carb and two cups of ice water. This is a delicious meal.
