| 2 | Portions boneless, skinless chicken breast |
| 3-4 | Tbls. salsa verde (I prefer Herdez brand) |
| 1/2 c. | Fat-free sharp cheddar |
Grill chicken breasts. When chicken is 3/4 cooked smother one side with salsa verde and cheese. Cover and allow cheese to melt. Serve with your favorite veggie, carb and two cups of ice water. This is a delicious meal.
