Great for superbowl parties or pot-lucks. This hearty dip begs to be scooped. I usually double all the ingredients except the meat.
1 pound Ground beef
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound Velveeta cheese (cut into 1 inch pieces)
A dash of garlic powder
Brown hamburger with onions, rinse & drain.
Melt cheese and add the rest. yummy yummy!
This can be made on the stove, or in a crock pot. (for crock pot - pre-cook the beef & onions)
