11/4cups 2%milk
1/2cup Egg substitute
1/3cup Sugar
1tsp Vanilla
1/8tsp Salt
1/8tsp Ground nutmeg
6 Slics cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
1tbs Margarine, melted
Preparation
preheat oven to 350
mix together egg sub, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg, add the bread to the mixture and mix until moistened
take 12 muffin cups and line them with paper liners
place prepared bread mixture in cups
sprinkle margarine over each of the muffin cups
bake about 30-35minutes, until is golden brown
