Ingredients

2 2/3 cups Flour
2 1/4 tsp Yeast
2 tblsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 3/4 cups Milk
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Butter
3 Eggs

Preparation

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl.

In small saucepan, combine milk, water, and butter. Heat until very warm (125F).

Add heated butter mixture to flour mixture.

Add eggs.

Using electric mixer, blend at low speed until just moistened. Beat 1 minute more at medium speed.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and foil, then refrigerate overnight.

To make waffles, add roughly 3/4 cup batter into preheated waffle iron. Close and bake.
