| 1 c. | Cranberries, finely chopped |
| 1/4 c. | Honey |
| 1 tsp. | Grated orange peel |
| 1/8 tsp. | Ground cloves |
| 1/8 tsp. | Ground nutmeg |
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
