| 6 c. | Lettuce, chopped or torn |
| 6 | Eggs, hard boilded and sliced |
| 1 lb | Bacon, cooked and crumbled |
| | Salt |
| | Pepper |
| | Sugar |
| 10 oz | Package frozen peas, thawed |
| 2 cups | Cheddar-jack cheese |
| 1/4 cup | Thinly sliced green onion |
| | Paprika |
Place 3 cups lettuce in bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar. Layer sliced eggs on lettuce and sprinkle with more salt. On top of eggs, layer in this order: peas, rest of the lettuce, bacon and cheese. Spread mayo over the top. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Garnish with green onions and a sprinling of paprika.
