Fish burgers

Ingredients

4 1/2 oz. Frozen salmon patties

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/3 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice

1/3 tbsp. Olive oil

1 Whole-wheat hamburger bun

Preparation

Preheat grill or broiler. Mix seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil and brush it on both sides of fish pattie. Grill or broil fish according to package directions. Place fish on bun and serve.

Cook's Notes

Try with Trader Joes frozen salmon patties. Could substitute dill for the Italian Seasoning
