Chocolate Bliss

A chocolate smoothie with banana, peanut butter, and ice cream. Very simple!

Ingredients

12 oz. Vanilla soy milk

1 cup Chocolate ice cream

1/4 cup Peanut butter

1 Banana

Optional:

1/4 cup Soy protein mix

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

4-6 Ice cubes (if your out of ice cream)

2 Squirts of chocolate syrup

Preparation

Pour milk into blender. Add ice cream, peanut butter, and banana. Add optional ingredients at any time.. Start blender on med/high setting, then switch to high for 20 seconds.. Sometimes I pour flaxseed oil to make it smooth and give it a nutritional boost along with a nutty flavor. garnish with more chocolate syrup or cinnamon. Be Creative!

This is something I am remembering off the top of my head, the amounts are not exact but should work fine. Experiment on your own and find what works best for you.
