Salad with 12 different fruits.
1 pint Blueberries
1 Handful dried cranberries
1 bunch Seedless grapes
1 can Pineapple chunks, undrained
5 Apples
1 Cantaloupe
1 Honey dew
1 Small seedless watermelon
1 pint Strawberries
1 bunch Bananas (4-5)
5 Kiwis
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Water
1 Handful sliced almonds
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Cube next 4 ingredients and add to bowl.
Slice next 3 ingredients and add to bowl.
Add liquids to bowl. Lemon juice keeps fruit from rusting. Lasts up to 3 days in fridge.
Garnish with almonds for added nutrition.
