Ingredients
1 Onion or garlic bagel
Nonfat butter-flavored spray
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with nonfat cooking spray. Using a serated knife, slice the bagel vertically into thin slices. Arrange the slices on the baking sheet and lightly coat with butter-flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic salt on top. Bake for 12 minutes or until crispy.
