4 Fish steaks such as yellow fin tuna, halibut, swordfish or sea bass cut 1 inch thick
8 tblsp Mayo
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
Lemon wedges
Build a charcoal fire
Coat steaks on both sides with mayo. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Cook over direct medium heat 7-9 minutes,turning once, half way through cooking time, until fish is opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
