Our family's favorite way to eat crepes.
12 Blini (crepes)
1 lb Ground turkey
1 lb Ground pork breakfast sausage
1/2 cup Chopped onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sour cream to taste
Fry meat and onions. Spread blini with sour cream and wrap around a spoonful of meat mixture.
