Flavorful turkey burgers topped with a refreshing salsa...great for a summer bbq!

Ingredients
1/4 cup Bottled tomatillo salsa
2 tbl Chopped avocado
1 tbl Chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup Bread crumbs
Cooking spray
1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup Finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp Fajita seasoning, divided
1/4 tsp Salt, divided
1 tbl Tomato paste
1 pound Ground turkey
1 Egg white
4 Hamburger buns
Preparation
1. Combine tomatillo salsa, chopped avocado, and cilantro, set aside.
2. Sauté onion and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning and 1/8 tsp salt. Cool.
3. Combine breadcrumbs, onion mixture, remaining fajita seasoning and salt, tomato paste, turkey, and egg white in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into four equal parts and shaping each into a patty.
4. Cook patties 4 minutes on each side.
5. Place patties on hamburger bun and top with salsa mixture.
