Preparation
1. Combine tomatillo salsa, chopped avocado, and cilantro, set aside.
2. Sauté onion and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning and 1/8 tsp salt. Cool.
3. Combine breadcrumbs, onion mixture, remaining fajita seasoning and salt, tomato paste, turkey, and egg white in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into four equal parts and shaping each into a patty.
4. Cook patties 4 minutes on each side.
5. Place patties on hamburger bun and top with salsa mixture.
